Rev. Ted Roberts writes about secrets:

“Secrets in themselves become problems. First there is the pressure of trying to remember who you told what so that you aren’t discovered. Add to that the constant fear of being discovered and the guilt and shame within of knowing you are being dishonest. You can see why secrets become one of the most deadly forces hell uses against you. You are as sick as your secrets because soon you believe the stories you have told others. Reality becomes distorted and you begin to live the lie. Courage can only be based on reality. You must start with reality and the secrets must be revealed.”

Amen to that!

I can’t tell you what freedom there is in living life without secrets.

WHAT SECRETS ARE YOU HOLDING ONTO?  WHY?  IS IT TIME TO SHARE THEM?
