If you could start a church today, what would it look like?

Kim over on The Threshing Floor just posted and asks this question: If you could start a church today, what would it look like?

I think it is a good enough question that it is worth re-posting here.

She writes:

With so many traditional brick and mortar churches failing, with so many young people leaving organized religion after college, and with so many people in this world who are apathetic about, or who actively reject the gospel of Christ – if you could start a church right now, what would it look like, and why would people want to be part of it?  Anyone care to weigh in?
