Seeing visions become realities is one of the most exciting feelings in the world — especially if you are a leader. But watching dreams and visions fizzle can also be the most frustrating thing in the world.
Do you know anyone who has a great vision but is frustrated because they can’t move it forward?
I know dozens of people like that — and sometimes they frustrate me…
