FAITH AUTOPSY is a blog I started in 2010. It was part of my personal journey to learn to love God and like myself at the same time – by studying what the Bible really says (and does not say) about (and to) LGBTQ+ people like me.

In 2025, I wrote a book using the same name and revisiting many of these topics as well as my lived experience and the experiences of my friends and neighbors.

I have left all the original posts “as is” — a snapshot of my thoughts and feelings from an incredibly challenging time. I now pick up this project, creating updated and new snapshots. Life is a journey and we keep growing.
